The National Science Foundation awarded a 2-year grant to North Carolina State University to gather 24 math learning experts from the United States to discuss how to improve math education from different perspectives. They invited Karen to participate in this exciting and innovative process. The first in-person two-day meeting was held at the end of November, 2023, and they are in the process of scheduling further meetings.
